Ali Crocker (pictured, courtesy of Eddie Bergeron) qualified third in her heat and ended up 20th in the final - an excellent result! Competition continues tomorrow with long distance qualification and on Monday with middle distance qualification. Eddie, our neighbor from SVO, is slated to be in action in both of those so be sure to look in on the US team blog to see how he and his teammates are faring.

QOC wins Mid-Atlantics

Official results are in - QOC won the Mid-Atlantic Championships hosted by DVOA on November 20th, with 148 points for QOC to 98 points for DVOA. Thanks to all the QOC members who showed up far from home to make that possible (with some help from a slightly lower turnout from DVOA than they typically muster when they host the event) including one-time QOC president and long-time QOC member Kris Beecroft (pictured, talking to Peggy Dickison), who came on her own all the way from her current abode in New Jersey.
