Today’s event was a wonderful return to orienteering at Morven Park. The weather couldn’t have been nicer with clear skies, temps from the mid-60’s to mid-70’s, and a pleasant breeze all throughout.
As always, the meet was only possible due to the combined efforts of our wonderful QOC members: Sam Listwak designed fun and trying courses in a relatively small park area; Valerie and Roger Meyer provided maps and computed results; Amy Louden, Dan Lathrop, Lexi Brown, Mary Snieckus and Ginny Quam made sure the e-punch system was fully operational; Justin Brown and Aaron Linville assisted with setup and teardown, ensuring the club was a good guest and would be welcome at Morven moving forward.
