Update: The meet registration area is in a covered pavilion with a couple of grills and picnic tables. Meet Directors John & Jody Landers will have the charcoal grills going by 12:30 and will supply a limited number of hot dogs and rolls for finishers. Participants are encouraged to bring a picnic lunch and something to grill for themselves.

From I-495 exit 11A, head east on Rt 4 (Penn. Ave) for 3 miles. Turn right on Woodyard Rd/MD-223, then quickly move left to turn left on Marlboro Pike. After 2.8 miles, turn right on Crain Hwy/Rt-301 S, then take the first right on W. Marlton Ave into the Park. Follow O'signs within the park.

The woods the courses will visit are generally runnable with thorny vegetation likely to be encountered in only a few spots. The trail network is complex - care will be required both reading the map to see the best route & following it, as well as deciding when it makes sense to leave the trails. If you aren't familiar with the park already, note that the trail network doesn't consist only of the usual beaten paths, indicated on the map with dashed black lines of varying thickness, but also includes grassy corridors through the woods, some of which have a well-defined trail running down the middle of them, some of which don't. Watch out for runners, hikers, bikes & horses. Trail rules for the park are that cyclists yield to pedestrians and everyone yields to horses. Please respect the park and surrounding land owners by not entering any out of bound areas (shown on the map with red crosshatching). |

Teams containing one or more nonmembers are charged the nonmember individual rate. Teams containing one or more adults are charged the adult individual rate. For teams to receive member or junior rates, all members of the team must be members or juniors, respectively. Each extra team map beyond the first is an additional $4. Important Notes- At the event, we can only accept payment in cash or check; online, you may use a credit card or PayPal account.
- Most of our events use electronic timing. We will provide you with an electronic timing chip (aka e-stick, finger dibber, or SI-card) for free if you don't own one. Loaned e-sticks that are lost incur a $40 replacement fee.
- Compasses are available at no charge, but if lost incur a $15 replacement fee.
- Please provide collateral (driver's license or car keys) when borrowing a compass or e-punch.
- For additional safety, whistles are available for sale at $1/each.
- Free beginner instruction is always available - just ask at the registration table.
