Have Leave To Donate?

Federal Employees - A Leave Donation program has been approved to help QOC member Scott Pleban and his family. As many of you know, Scott remains severely incapacitated as a result of a car/bike accident earlier this year. Through the Leave Donation program, any federal employee may donate unused leave to Scott.

To be able to donate leave, all you have to do is:

1. Be a federal government employee
2. Complete a Leave Donation form: Form 630A for Navy employees, or Form 630B for non-Navy employees. [Click on the form name to download it.] We’ve filled in Line 10 on both with Scott’s info, so once the rest of Part A is complete it can be turned in.
3. Navy employees: Turn in the form to the HR contact, Bonny Newton, fax 540-653-3210. Non-Navy Employees: Let your own HR contact know to forward your form when ready to Bonny Newton.

It will be a huge help to Scott’s family if they can get enough leave donated to Scott, so spread the word - please ask any federal employee you know to consider donating. If you have any questions about this program just contact us or contact your agency’s HR staff.
