At the 2024 Navy National Orienteering Championship (NNOC), held 16-17 March at Kings Mountain State Park in Clover, South Carolina, several of our local NJROTC groups - Governor Thomas Johnson, Loudoun County, and Patuxent High Schools - turned in superior results in a very competitive field of 36 teams.

The Patriots of Governor Thomas Johnson H.S. (pictured) took the top prize, finishing #1 at NNOC 2024.

The Loudoun County H.S. Captains finished a strong 5th, and the Panthers of Patuxent H.S. came in 6th, moving up four places from NNOC 2023.

There were many strong individual performances (results available below) but special congratulations go to Jayden Suarez of Governor TJ who won the Green (Varsity Male) course.

QOC-partner schools from NJROTC Region 5 accounted for three of the top six units at NNOC 2024. Great job by all three programs!
