Quick summary (more to be posted later): 198 starts, and a day that was colder and windier than the weather folks predicted! Kudos to the Richmond area group organized by Karolyn Hall, who pulled off a surprise birthday party and orienteering event for their friend (and QOC member) Lauren Ware, complete with the limo bus to party on to and from the event.
